Associate Program Manager
Description
We have an excellent opportunity for an associate program manager who will work closely with the company's executives to coordinate the management of our projects and products. It's an opportunity to further develop skills and gain experience in product and project management.
In this role, as Bovens is a startup, you will wear multiple hats a lot of times all aimed at managing, planning and structuring the company’s activities, programs and promoting the business.
You will be tasked with developing budgets and operations plans, for programs, training and projects. You will be writing funding proposals to seek project or in response to client’s requests. You will be creating online presence for the company to promote the business and increase its reach
Responsibilities
1. Organise programs, activities, training in accordance with the company’s goals and strategy
2. Develop budget and operating plan for all programs
3. Develop and implement systems and processes to establish and maintain records for each program and the company
4. Develop proposals to seek funding, projects or in response to client requests
5. Manage and respond to customers enquiries and requests
6. Manage companies website, stock inventory and sales on website and other platforms
7. Manage and document company’s financial books
8. Document and report on projects and programs throughout its life cycle.
9. Brand management and marketing of company
10. Develop patent documents for company’s ideas
11. Develop operating manual for company’s products
12. Be forward thinking and ready to take initiatives, identify gaps in programs and make recommendations.
13. Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
14. Be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, assignments and rapidly changing information

1. You have a bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
2. You have experience in project and stakeholder management, or you are eager to further develop these skills.

4. You have competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook

Electronics Design Engineer
Description
We have an excellent opportunity for an Electronics design engineer to be part of our engineering team. Your job will include designing, building, and testing embedded systems (hardware and software); this will be mainly on custom-built projects and hardware.
Responsibilities
1. Contribute to the product electronics, schematics, PCB layout, design validation, verification testing, board bring-up, testing etc.
2. Be responsible for all analog and digital circuit design for our products
3. Concept to market is a short time - you should be comfortable with design, simulation, testing, and certs of electronic designs
4. Start new design from concept to architecting electronics design including selecting major components, design documentation, detail design analysis and verification, generating product specifications etc.
5. Recording and documenting your work to a high standard
6. Serve as instructor in some of the company’s training programs

2. You have experience with working with PIC microcontrollers, Arduinos, ESPs etc.
3. You have experience in PCB designing
4. You have experience designing circuits and working on breadboards
