Detail Description:
The IC contains three N-Channel and three P-Channel enhancement type MOS transistors. The transistor's access points are available at the IC pins enabling a number of functional arrangements, such as OR, NOR and NAND gates to be realised. Applications include extremely high input impedance amplifiers, shapers, inverters, threshold detectors, linear amplifiers and crystal oscillators.
